Who we are

Todd S. Hammond

Founding Partner & Disability Benefits Attorney

Todd S. Hammond, a dedicated veterans disability attorney and founding partner of H2H Law Firm, brings decades of unwavering commitment to advocating for those denied Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) and Veterans Disability benefits.

After honorably serving in the United States Air Force during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Todd returned home to witness firsthand the systemic failures in supporting our nation's veterans. Driven by a profound sense of duty to address this injustice, he resolved to effect change by becoming a legal advocate equipped to challenge government agencies on behalf of deserving claimants.

Returning to his roots in Salem, Oregon, Todd pursued his Juris Doctor at Willamette University College of Law. His professional journey began as a compliance specialist with the Oregon Construction and Landscape Contractors Boards and the Department of Agriculture, honing his expertise in regulatory matters. He then served as a judicial law clerk at the Oregon Court of Appeals under the Honorable Paul J. De Muñiz, who later became Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court. This invaluable experience was followed by representing SAIF Corporation in workers’ compensation hearings, solidifying his skills in administrative and appellate advocacy.

Building on this foundation, Todd co-founded Van Ness, Hammond, Mooney, LLC, before establishing the Law Office of Todd S. Hammond, P.C.—a practice renowned for its success in disability claims. Today, as a founding partner of H2H Law Firm alongside his son, Sebastian C. Hammond, Todd unites battle-tested experience with a fresh generational perspective. Together, they provide nationwide representation in VA disability appeals, and SSDI/SSI hearings, ensuring clients receive the benefits they have earned.

Todd's mission remains rooted in service: protecting the rights of veterans, disabled workers, and their families with strategic precision and compassionate counsel. Contact H2H Law Firm for a complimentary case evaluation in Salem, Oregon, or beyond.
